Who I am

From an early age he was passionate about various forms of physical activity, and especially combat sports. This led to success in Brazilian jiu-jitsu: the Polish ADCC Submission Fighting championship, a silver medal at the CBJJP European Championships and a bronze medal at the Polish NO GI Championships. Competitive sport taught him first-hand how decisive properly balanced nutrition is for performance and recovery.

He completed his studies and earned a Master of Science in Engineering in Food Technology and Human Nutrition, with a thesis on the nutrition of recreational bodybuilders. Combining an engineering education with dietetic practice gives him a distinctive perspective: he understands not just how much and what to eat, but also how the composition, quality and processing of foods affect the nutritional value of a meal.

In his dietetic practice he relies on an evidence-based approach rather than passing trends. He builds individual nutrition strategies for specific goals — fat loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance or metabolic health — always starting from energy balance, macronutrient distribution and the client's real-life habits. He treats supplementation as a complement to a well-designed diet, not a replacement: he recommends only what has proven effects (including creatine, whey protein, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids).

He is the author of nearly 1,000 articles on nutrition, supplementation and health. He edited content for Kulturystyka.pl, moderates the largest industry portal SFD.pl and serves as the dietitian of the PoTreningu.pl portal, where he has created individual nutrition and training plans for years. He also runs numerous training courses for coaches and for people who want to take conscious care of their diet.
